Student Assistant for Engineering unit in Metroselskabet I/S

You will join the Engineering unit supporting the M5 project, a new metro line connecting Copenhagen Central Station to Prags Boulevard in North-East Amager. The team is responsible for design, architecture, systems and operational safety, quality assurance and compliance, as well supporting contract administration. The unit comprises 40 dedicated and skilled professionals, including two student assistants. You’ll become part of a dynamic environment characterized by high ambitions, daily professional collaboration, and an informal, supportive atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities
You will assist with various administrative tasks, including:
- Administrative support using different document management systems
- Supporting development and coordination of tender documents, including tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up
- Facilitating review process for design and tender documents helping coordinate input and feedback across stakeholders
- Any other tasks, small and large, needed on a daily basis to make things work smoothly for the team, to be solved with a smile and helpfulness
Who Are You?
You are a bachelor's student with at least two years left of your studies. You should be able to structure and extract key information for optimal registration and communication. You have an eye for detail, strong IT and English skills, and a structured, analytical, and focused approach.
As a person, you are open and outgoing with good collaboration skills. You work independently and with dedication. Additionally, you are service-minded and able to maintain an overview and a positive attitude in a busy work environment.
